Jessie's House

"Until all homes are safe, there's Jessie's House".  The Jessical Martel Memorial Foundation has built and operates Jessie's House in Morinville, a shelter for people escaping domestic abuse.  The concept of the shelter is a bit different from ones we have come to know in terms of its inclusivity and mandate to serve residents beyond a typical "staged" approach to emergency housing.  Teena and Kayla will speak to us about how the shelter came to be and how it operates.
