What to Expect at RYLE 2022
RYLE focuses on developing and promoting student leadership. We focus on foundations of communication, goal-setting, motivation, as well as introducing you to the facets of Rotary International. During RYLE, we will explore concepts such as interpersonal growth, communication, teamwork, community-building, and global citizenship. Experiential learning opportunities over the course of the 4 day experience emphasize building competency, confidence, and connections. You can expect to work cooperatively through hands-on workshops and challenges that will exercise your newly-acquired skills. Above all, you can expect to form tight networks with like-minded youth who also aspire to be strong and influential leaders. RYLE will provide you with transportation, cabin accommodations, and food during the conference.

COVID Note: Participant safety is our priority. As such, RYLE continues to review the most current guidelines released by the government and may implement precautions to enhance safety for all participants (ex. proof of full vaccination, masking indoors or when within 6ft of others, contact tracing... etc.) Participants will be required to answer and pass the COVID-19 Alberta Health Daily Checklist screening questions right before and during conference participation.
