What to Expect at RYLE 2023

RYLE focuses on developing and promoting student leadership. We focus on foundations of communication, goal-setting, motivation, as well as introducing you to the facets of Rotary International. During RYLE, we will explore concepts such as interpersonal growth, communication, teamwork, community-building, and global citizenship. Experiential learning opportunities over the course of the 4 day experience emphasize building competency, confidence, and connections. You can expect to work cooperatively through hands-on workshops and challenges that will exercise your newly-acquired skills. Above all, you can expect to form tight networks with like-minded youth who also aspire to be strong and influential leaders. RYLE will provide you with transportation, cabin accommodations, and food during the conference.
