The Cause

The Rotary Club of Spruce Grove is holding a virtual auction to raise funds for our projects and charitable work here in Spruce Grove.

Last year, the Rotary Club of Spruce Grove donated almost $60,000 to local organizations. The need for this kind of community support keeps growing and a successful auction will raise the funds that will allow us to continue to support existing and emerging community needs.

Our attention is squarely focused on supporting our community, including our local businesses!

How YOU Can Help

If you own or manage a business in Spruce Grove...  let's work together to bring customers back through your doors!  We want compelling, high-quality items from local businesses in our auction, and we want to give you the opportunity to gain a repeat customer.  The successful buyer of the auction item you donate to our auction will come to your place of business to obtain their item!  From the time of your donation until the auction's close, we feature your business and your item in print and online for extra advertising reach.  E-mail Allan to discuss a donation.

If you support a strong community where volunteers, citizens, and businesses work together to get through tough times and build a better tomorrow... register and bid, bid, bid!  See the sections below for how to view our item catalog and attend our virtual celebration gala!

The Event

We have dozens of top quality items, travel packages, and exciting adventure tours, all carefully selected for these COVID times.  Bid on in-home entertainment packages where you get to be a guest, too, or home delivery dining packages from Spruce Grove's best restaurants.  Take a dog-sledding adventure in Canmore, or a Voyageur river trip in Invermere.  Have dinner with the mayor.  Or buy any of the dozens of other quality items, services and packages, including a Connor McDavid jersey!

All of the money raised will go right back into our Spruce Grove community.

To become a bidder, register at givergy.ca/RCSGA and then follow us @SGRotaryClub on social media to get sneak peeks at the the growing list of items.  The auction starts at 9:00 am Tuesday, November 3 and ends 9:00 pm Tuesday, November 17.  Don't miss your chance...

Virtual Gala!

On the night our virtual auction wraps up, please join us in a physically-distanced celebration of our community and of Rotary's service.  Two local restaurants and a local caterer have joined with us to provide delectable dining options so you can go out or stay in together with us.  Whether you're joining us in the restaurants or in your own home, we're all going to be connected by Zoom as the final hour of the auction winds down.  Who knows... there may be a surprise or two!
