Dear Rotarians, Rotary Clubs and District Supporters, It is my pleasure to inform you that the Rotary Club of Bahía de Caráquez, D4400 in Ecuador completed the Santa Teresa Community Potable Water System, GG 1874106. The Final Report was submitted to the Rotary Foundation. We managed to complete all project objectives in spite of the restrictions and slow downs caused the COVID pandemic.
