Upcoming Meetings
July 15th - Club Assembly via Zoom: we will have updates on the Rotary Ride for You Can Ride 2, Ribfest and have a discussion on finding a new meeting location.

July 22nd - Rotary Park in Spruce Grove (weather permitting) for an in person meeting : bring your own chair and a bagged lunch and lets see each other face to face!
July 14 Ribfest Planning Committee Meeting
This week's Ribfest Planning Committee meeting is at the clubhouse on Wednesday, July 14 at 7:00 PM or on Zoom (details below) for those who can't attend in person.  Only the chairs from each sub-committee are required to attend, but we encourage sub-committee members and all club members to attend if they want to know more about what's going on.  Meetings have typically taken a round-table format because there's a lot going on in each area as we understand the tasks and timelines for the coming month.

IMPORTANT: New Zoom Link for Weekly Meetings
Zoom has changed its security settings and that has necessitated that we change the link to the weekly meetings.  This new link will remain the same every week, so keep it handy.  If you ever forget it, you can visit www.sprucegroverotary.org and click About Our Club - Meeting Info and Location.

If you already have the Zoom app on your device, you can join by entering the meeting ID and password.
