Rotary RAP, Week of Feb. 20, 2017
1.  Valentine's Special, club meeting, Feb. 16th   Thanks to the team I am calling, Friends of Fun, Elizabeth, Tammy, Jenni and Julie.  We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the mixer/fun.
 
2.  Connecting with Aboriginal Neighbours, Committee.  Next meeting this Tuesday, Feb. 21st,  at the Spruce Grove Public Library.  4:45 to 6:15.  Lots of interesting things continuing to happen.  Call Arlaine for more info.
 
3.  Club Meeting, Feb. 23rd.  Dr. Dianne McConnell, Associate Superintendent, Parkland School Division.  Topic will be the support Parkland School Division provides for our aboriginal youth in the area.  This continues the topic of aboriginal youth as we had Corporal Mueller with the RCMP 2 meetings ago.  A reminder the First Responders Regimental Ball will be March 18th.  Contact Judy Kesanko for tickets or for sponsorship opportunities.  This event will be the first in the new Heritage Pavilion in Stony Plain.  Tickets are $75.00.  There will be a Military Band for entertainment and dinner by Elizabethan Catering. 
 
4.  Friends of Rotary  A reminder if you know someone who would like to receive emails once a month from our club please get their names in to me by Monday, Feb. 20th.
