Upcoming Meetings
June 20th is the Changeover Event at Camp n' Class RV Park.  There is no lunch meeting this week at Shotz.  Please do not show up at Shotz because there will be nothing happening.  If  you haven't registered for the changeover, now is the chance, Tammy has given the number of 30 to the caterer, as of 8:55 am, there are 22 people registered.  We have given an extra 8 spots.  First come, first serve.  I cannot guarantee that there will be enough food if more then 30 people show up.  Please be considerate and register this morning for one of the 8 spots if you plan to attend.  Thanks for your understanding.

Next week is Club Assembly and our last meeting at Shots for the summer break.  July and August is not available for us to have meetings there.  Upcoming speakers and locations for the meetings are coming A.S.A.P.

Thanks everyone, see you on Thursday evening.  6pm for cocktails, 6:30 pm supper!

Congratulations Nizar on all your hard work!  I'm glad that Barry and Allan were able to make it out for your graduation.  For anyone that is new and has no idea what is going on: Nizar has been on a leave of absence from the club for last two years working on his MBA.

Attendance at Weekly Meetings
Just a quick reminder that if you are going to be away and won't be attending a weekly meeting, can you please indicate by clicking the "Can't Make It" Button.  The email comes out on Fridays and is called the "May Rotary Meetings" or whichever month it is.  The email comes from Crystal Desilets.  I use this info for informing Shotz how many people will be there for lunch.  Also if you are bringing a guest could you fill in the "Bring a Guest" button.  Thanks for helping out with this as it's makes my job easier if I have all the information.
