Volunteers are required for the following important task to promote Ribfest on June 14-16, 2024. We have posters that we would like businesses to feature in their windows or on their bulletin boards.
The local area has been divided into regions for volunteers to distribute posters as described in the attached PDF. Posters will be ready for volunteers to take at our May 16 club meeting. We would like this work done over the week following that meeting. With two people per area, we hope this volunteer activity will take around four hours per person, but it's going to take effort from practically every Rotarian in our club to fill the available spots.

Hello, I'm _____ representing the Rotary Club of Spruce Grove. We are hosting Ribfest in June, an event that raises money for us to support community projects that benefit people in Spruce Grove and area. Would you agree to put up posters to promote the events?
