Noah Fouillard: Outbound Youth Exchange Student [16-year-old Noah just finished grade 10 at St. Peter the Apostle High School in Spruce Grove. On August 4 he departs for a year in Finland as the outbound Rotary Youth Exchange Student sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and Parkland After Dark. Come out to meet our young ambassador before he embarks on this life-changing journey!]
