These items represent significant changes to our clubs major spring celebration, formerly  Lobsterfest, and our fundraising  plan. I encourage all to get clear on what's happening going forward.  Awareness, understanding and CLARITY...will help our club move forward successfully in these endeavors.

In addition we will discuss the Notice of Motion presented at the club meeting of Jan 25th by Brad Mastaler.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Rotary Club of Spruce Grove will commit significant time, effort, and financial resources as deemed necessary under the auspices of its Community Service mandate to participate in a regional initiative to review the need for and feasibility of a local women’s shelter, and if it should find that no organized initiative is underway to achieve that end, that the club should immediately initiate and lead such an initiative.

Thursday, Feb. 8.  Jess's Story.  A special presentation from a local youth.

Thursday Feb. 15.  To Be Determined.

Thursday, Feb. 22.  Connecting with our Aboriginal Neighbours.  Update.

Partner Procurement Program  Note that the Partner Procurement Program group will meet each Wednesday at noon at the clubhouse.  Please bring your own lunch.   All members are welcome as all members would have a number of people or companies they could approach for partnering.  Certainly there will be a smaller group managing many of the contacts.  Remember...no knocking on doors for auction items this year.
